hello I have some questions as opportunities to lock a person from the visi chat cepanel not then hy chance to chat with us as we chat host and you have no other way to stop because she's IP switches, there any way to block mac address of the computer through those individuals that caused the Dome

Let me clear this up your asking on how to block
an individual from the chatroom or controlpanel?

Chatroom--if this person is in the chatroom and you want to
get the out just click the ban button which is -manage -ban

control panel--to get the person out of this you can either
block the person ip with in the panel where it say --block ip
or you can change ur password for the panel or either
change the link by dointhis to change the panel link you will
have to go your server and change it manually...
